On the participants level (headteachers) the expected impact is the involvement into the whole process of the project and the possibility to actively participate and to have the inside view in the process of curriculum development. They will also have the obligation to test and partly implement some topics of the curriculum into practice already during the project. Doing so, they will have much more than the usual opportunity to raise their awareness about their capacity building for career development. They will be empowered for leading their own career development and of educational staff because of the very direct involvement into the project.
At the educational staff level (teachers) the expected impact is raising the awareness of their career development and as such the empowerment to influence and guide other participants they come into contact with (e.g. pupils).
As for the policy makers the impact will be a) ready made training materials and developed curriculum for leadership capacity building for career development of educational staff, b) policy documents, which will be professionally supported from 4 different countries and reasearch-based, c) in all partner countries there will be institutions, which will be empowered and able to carry out the proposed impacts and will be also able to follow up on the quality of staff development.
